Toothbrush gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on your devices. It's yours to use — not to copy, reverse-engineer, or repackage and sell as your own.
It's $3, once, forever. All purchases are processed by Apple or Google — their payment terms and refund policies apply. We never touch your payment information.
The app, its design, and its content belong to Forza Ranch Labs LLC. Everything about your habit life is yours.
Toothbrush is a habit reminder, not a medical device or therapist. We offer it as-is, without warranties. If it helps you floss more, great. If it doesn't, we're sorry.
To the extent permitted by law, Forza Ranch Labs LLC isn't liable for damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is capped at what you paid us — which was $3.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
If we ever update these terms, we'll post the new version here with a new date. Continuing to use the app means you're fine with it.
